The vision should build on this by painting a picture of the long-term future the organization hopes to achieve, expressing its aspirations and the broader change it wants to see in the world. The values would be principles that guide behavior and decision-making, shaping the organization’s culture. These should reflect the core beliefs that inform daily practices, ensuring alignment with both the mission and vision.
Example Response: My 90-day marketing plan would focus on increasing visibility and engagement through targeted online campaigns and client-centered content. I would highlight Roamers Therapy’s strengths, such as personalized care, client success stories, and the expertise of our therapists. For instance, launching a Therapist Spotlight series on social media would give potential clients an inside look at our team and their approach. Additionally, optimizing our website with helpful mental health resources and an FAQ section would increase organic traffic, while utilizing client reviews and testimonials would enhance credibility. Tracking website visits, social media engagement, and new client inquiries would help measure success.
