Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Many people come to therapy when certain thoughts, emotions, or patterns begin to interfere with their daily lives. Individual psychotherapy offers the opportunity to explore these experiences with curiosity and care. Through this process, clients can develop deeper self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

Our approach
At Roamers Therapy, we seek to be “in-tune” and “connected” with people who share their most personal thoughts and feelings. We do this by beginning with a multi-stepped assessment process and collaborating in a client/therapist relationship to eventually help you co-author your story.
While at Roamers Therapy, we seek for you to come as yourself. Seriously, even if you have been to therapy before. Our purpose is to facilitate a real space for you to be yourself and learn about your inner world. Roamers Therapy was constructed with core values of cultural competency, intersectionality, and trauma-informed care. Overall, we hope the process at Roamers develops and guides motivation, accountability, take-home exercises, and change.
Life’s challenges can be overwhelming; everyone deserves a space to feel heard and supported. At Roamers Therapy, we provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and evidence-based environments to help you heal, grow, and navigate your mental well-being journey. As your psychotherapist, we are here to guide you every step of the way.
